  • Custom Design Constultation

    Private consultation for custom projects can be done in person or virtually online. We initially do a consultation to get the details of your project, then we get started on drafting designs. Please visit: Custom Order to book your custom project consultation today.

    Typically the process of custom design consultation take about 1 to 3 drafts to get the final design planned, from which we get started on sourcing the specific gems and metals, and get on to production, which takes about 2-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

    As the nature of this service is customized, and therefore detailed custom work, we may experience delays or change of plans as we go through the process. We pride ourselves in our detailed communication, so please keep an eye out for emails from dear@ourifine.com. We work to satisfy a specific deadline, but to account for delays, we advise to start the process earlier than later to have them ready for your desired time.

  • Production Time

    Custom projects are designed, sourced, and produced locally in Vancouver, BC. Design time typically take about a week, and sourcing and production takes about 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

    Ouri ‘Collection’ pieces typically take about 1-2 weeks for production.

  • Shipping / Billing

    Shipping in North America takes about 5 - 7 business days.

    International shipping may take between 5 - 20 days.

    Please keep in mind of potential shipping delays, customs, duty according to your country’s requirements, and it is customer’s responsibility to account for the above.

    Shipping prices are estimated at check-out. Shipping cost may be updated after purchase, whereby our customer support will reach out to you to inform you of any changes made.

    Incorrect shipping/delivery information will not be our responsibility, so please double check your address before placing your order that is recognized by Canada Post or International Registered Post. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

  • Pick-up in Person

  • Repair

    Repair works can be inquired via email at dear@ourifine.com or by using our contact sheet.

    Repair to fix broken/damaged Ouri jewelries will available for a cost estimated upon inspection at our office in Vancouver, BC. Manufacturing faults may repaired at no additional cost upon inspection and is conditional. Please email us with your inquiries at dear@ourifine.com.

    To ensure a good life-span of your fine jewelry, we advise that you bring them in for annual inspection, cleaning, and/or repairs. Our expertise in our own jewelries in its production process, design, stones, and further details allow repairs easier to be done through us than other jewelers.

  • Returns / Exchange

    Custom projects are non-refundable.

    Collection pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon receiving. Returning or exchanging items have to be in its unworn, original state with no damage. Please email us as soon as you want to return at dear@ourifine.com

    Refunds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us at dear@ourifne.com with any questions you may have before making a purchase.

    Repair inquires due to manufacturing faults can be made within the first 3 months from the purchase date with no additional cost upon inspection at our office in Vancouver, BC by our jewelers. In this case, proof of purchase must be provided. Manufacturing faults do not include: damage via wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked / broken stones or pearls, or deformation of rings or earrings etc.

    Shipping cost incurred from sending items to our office is customer’s responsibility.
